"...a beautifully made and astonishingly simple to use mortising jig."
Michael Dresdner,
Woodworkers Journal
"This handy new jig takes mortising with a plunge router to a new level."
You can use Mortise Pal to make dowel joints too. Use your plunge router and the accessory doweling template to quickly
and accurately make dowel joints.
Precision Machined
Template Guide Bushing
Included with the jig is a precision machined template guide bushing and a centering pin. Guide bushings that don't include a centering
pin can be installed out of concentric with your plunge routers collet leading to inaccuracy in the resulting joinery. Our precision
template guide bushing installs perfectly concentric with your bit. Fits Porter Cable style base plates. Others will require
a universal base plate adapter (sold separately).
"Every now and then I come across a piece of equipment that really works.
This ... jig is precision made to the highest standards and is really easy to use, turning out perfect joints every time."
"Bottom line: the Mortise Pal is a well-machined tool that works."
